Completely New Measuring Principle – Vignetting Field Aperture Method

With the vignetting field aperture method, the ELWIMAT®-VFS offers an entirely new method of angle measurement, enabling precise analysis of large angles and distances. This technology ensures exceptional accuracy and linearity, even at large working distances and wide measurement ranges.

High Accuracy and Subpixel-Precise Image Processing

The ELWIMAT®-VFS is characterized by a high resolution – with subpixel-precise image processing and a resolution of up to 1/80 pixel. The system provides precise measurements in the angle-second range and ensures maximum accuracy even in challenging applications.

Intuitive Software and Integration into Existing Systems

Thanks to the user-friendly software, you can quickly integrate the ELWIMAT®-VFS into your existing measurement systems. The software runs on Windows and allows for intuitive operation. Additionally, the system can be integrated into existing architectures via an IP interface, enabling efficient and automated measurement processes.

Expandable for Industry 4.0
