The ELWI-GER 3000 is a flexible optical alignment and measurement system for 2D measurement of straightness and flatness. It is ideally suited for use in production lines, linear guides, special machine construction, as well as for large structures like railway systems and tunnels. The combination of high precision, mobility, and ease of use makes the system particularly efficient for industrial applications.

Simultaneous 2D Measurement of Straightness and Alignment

With the ELWI-GER 3000, X and Y alignments can be captured simultaneously. Thanks to optical sensors and intelligent software, the analysis is performed live and directly on site – either using the tilt method or the height method.

Highest Accuracy – Even Over Long Distances

The system achieves a resolution of < 0.1 µm/m and accuracies down to < 0.5 µm/m. Even over distances up to 100 m, the ELWI-GER 3000 provides precise values. Automatic distance detection using additional reflectors further enhances measurement reliability.

Intuitive Operation via Touchscreen Tablet (IP65)

The robust 11" control unit with touchscreen allows for intuitive graphical analysis, including logging, averaging, and real-time graphics. Reports are automatically generated and saved as PDFs.
